Same as Comparables (by UPRN) but no subject property — supply a location directly.

Overview

Useful when the user hasn't picked a specific property yet (e.g. exploring an area).

Why this endpoint exists

Same underlying dataset as Comparables (by UPRN). Use whenever you don't have, or don't need, a UPRN anchor.
